THE BURN is a complete workout for all fitness levels. The workout includes aerobic and anaerobic training (jump rope, bleacher runs, sprints, medicine ball drills) and varies each week to incorporate a large variety of training techniques. No contracts...simply pay drop-in fee of $15 per class. Promises to be the best workout you've had outside the weight room.

The Atlanta Trail Blazers is a club devoted to promoting adventure racing in the southeast. Adventure Racing is an ultra-endurance event, typically consisting of coed teams of 3 to 5 people traveling through a variety of terrain by running, biking, paddling, orienteering (map & compass), swimming, rafting, rappelling, caving. Consisting of athletes of all skill levels, ATB offers regular trainings, clinics and competitions in a social setting.
